Dr. Christian Chao or Dr. Christian (as he usually goes by) graduated from the University of Alberta with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree following a Bachelor of General Sciences. During his training, he received the Canadian Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Award. He has also completed the Comprehensive Implant Residency at the Bite Institute in Vancouver. Dr. Christian is committed to providing comprehensive dental treatment with a patient-centered care approach.
Dr. Christian has been volunteering at SHINE Dentistry to provide dental care to inner-city children and joined Kindness in Action dental mission trips in Peru, Cambodia, and Ecuador. He’s looking forward to the next opportunity to travel to help patients around the world.
Dr. Christian was born and raised in Paris, France, and made Alberta home since 2006. In his spare time, you can find Christian hiking the Rocky Mountains with his wife as well as running and playing tennis.
Dr. Christian is fluent in English and French. He practices all aspects of general dentistry and is accepting new patients.
